Formation Flight Night – A Craft Beer Pairing Event

What better to pair craft beer with at the end of October than chocolate!?  October’s Formation Flight Night – A Craft Beer Pairing Event on the Hangar 24 Patio - features chocolate from San Diego’s renowned Chocolatier, David Bacco.

This month’s event will be held on Monday, October 29th from
7-8:30pm on the Hangar 24 Craft Brewery Patio.

Join us and enjoy seven artfully paired courses of hand crafted beer and chocolate. In tandem:

Helles Lager paired with Estragon - Fresh tarragon and licorice root in 71% bittersweet truffle

Orange Wheat paired with Joyeux - a symphony of lemon, caramel and old world marzipan

Gourdgeous (formerly Hangar 24′s Pumpkin Porter) paired with Nilgiri -fragrant chai tea in 49% milk chocolate

Hangar 24′s Double IPA paired with Rio - caramel of passion fruit and mango, blended with Hangar 24′s Double IPA

Russian Imperial Stout paired with Cremello – caramel scented milk chocolate truffle, and Serene - creamy salted milk chocolate ganache

Immelmann aged in Rye barrels paired with Capriccio - marriage of caramelized almonds and Vietnamese cinnamon blended in an old world gianduja

Tickets will be available for $25, and sales begin Monday, October 22nd at 7pm, both in our Tasting Room and Online Store.
