Wing Over

American-style Barleywine aged in rye whiskey and bourbon barrels. A complex ale with layers of spicy and sweet flavors and a slightly bitter finish.



Strong Porter brewed with Redlands, CA pumpkins, molasses and spices.



Our Farmhouse Saison balances the traditional spiciness of Saaz hops with the fresh fruit aromas of El Dorado, putting a twist on a French classic.



Double IPA brewed with grapefruit, navel oranges and blood oranges grown in Redlands, CA.


Alt-Bier Ale

Northern German Ale with a caramel dominated flavor, bready/toasty finish, followed by a roasty flavor to dry it all out.


Amarillo Pale Ale

American Pale Ale dry hopped with Amarillo hops, assertive hop flavor and aroma with a hint of caramel in the background.

A complex Belgian Farmhouse Ale.

Humpty Bump

Belgian Strong Golden Ale aged for 8 months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces. A unique bouquet of fruit, spice, honey and vanilla with a subtle “barnyard” funk from the wild yeast. Truly a beer to experience.



Strong Porter aged for over 6 months in single-use Bourbon Barrels. Chocolate, oak, vanilla, coffee & bourbon flavors combine for a truly refined, complex brew.



Berliner Weiss, or sour wheat ale, brewed with California Bing Cherries.
